Dan, Ada, and Jose are awesome. They sold me my dream car and easily saved me 3-4K. Super patient and fair. Put up with me test driving the car 3 days in a row as I looked for any reason not to buy it. Car was too perfect to pass up. Deals galore at this place. Makes me want to buy a sports car every month. Don’t tell my wife.

Do NOT buy a car from Signature Auto Enterprises. I purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave at the end of September and four days later the fuse panel went out. Tried calling the dealer and no one would help. Had to have it towed and fixed on my own dime. Finally got the fuse issues resolved and now the fuel pump went out. Don’t sell cars that aren’t in proper working order!

I have a large family and was looking for a large vehicle such as a Suburban, Yukon XL or Ford Expedition. I was originally looking at a GMC Yukon they had on the lot, but it sold pretty quickly and I didn't get it on time before someone else bought it. If you've shopped around these vehicles you know how fast the good deals go! When I saw the white suburban they had just listed I knew I had to act fast and I'm glad I did! I absolutely love this vehicle. Got a bargain on it and even with my poor credit score I was treated fairly and got a decent and fair interest rate. Ada was great to deal with. She's upfront, honest and she tells it like it is. No tricky salesman tactics like I've experienced at many other dealerships. I recommend this dealer 100%.

Definitely 100000% would NOT recommend. I thought I found a good deal online. I came in and was only greeted by the porter who was kind. As soon as we walked into building we were ignored. Never greeted us, never even introduced themselves or said hi and didn’t offer to come with me to test drive it. red flags everywhere. Then when we talked about the car they raised their price by 2k in just a few days and claimed it’s because they had to fix a “computer issue” because another customer found that the sunroof wasn’t working. I asked if they bought original parts from Honda and they said yes. I asked for a receipt or just ANY proof that it was fixed or even an issue and she REFUSED to show me anything because it’s on their “office manager” and they deal with that. they messed up by not having separate offices because it’s literally one building. I’m hearing everything that the other salesman is saying. The other claims since it’s a “wholesale” dealership they don’t “have to” fix any issues on the car just make sure the car passes emissions and it’s safe to drive. But this lady is saying they fixed a sunroof ???? She also added a 1200 transport fee claiming it’s so they can get the vehicle from the auction to their lot and sell to costumers and saying their prices on cars are nonnegotiable but that one made up fee they can negotiate ???? But also claimed that fee is in all dealerships. A 12k Honda civic raised to 14k somehow ended up at 18k out the door. If you want to get scammed this is the place to be. I just ended up at a different dealership where a 12k car came out to 14k after taxes and fees. I might be a young female but I’m not an idiot and these type of businesses are just ridiculous.

Bought a used car that I needed for work on a rush basis. Came straight to these guys. Dan helped me find the perfect car for the cheapest price on the market. Everyone here is very helpful, kind, and able to answer any questions you may have about each car. I would recommend my friends to come here if you’re looking to buy a used car at a great value! Will be using in the future

Terrible experience! They get a -5 stars. Worst car buying experience of my life, and I’ve purchased many. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere, I implore you. I bought a 2007 Mustang that was not disclosed of having serious safety issues with the brakes and steering. You couldn’t tell during the test drive. I found out a week later from a reputable repair shop, that I was driving a rolling dangerous death trap until repairs were made. The repair cost equated to the actual value of the car purchased, and of course the repairs weren’t covered on the standard 15 day warranty. Very convenient that nothing was wrong with the power train components covered under warranty. I don’t believe they even inspected the vehicle at all! Oil was filthy, some light bulbs out, which still didn’t even get changed correctly when requested. The mechanics on site are a joke. They were supposed to provide a multi-point inspection of the vehicle. That’s hilarious. They didn’t lift a finger before placing the vehicle for sale! I contacted the dealer about the disdain of my added repair costs, and provided all the details of repairs needed from a reputable Ford dealership. Sales rep tried to convince me not to listen to them… The front steering parts are fine. Yeah, okay. That sounds like a great idea. It would be better to listen to the words of the dealer who just took advantage of selling me a dangerous vehicle. But still, the sales guy agreed to compensate me something for the inconvenience. An exact dollar figure of compensation never got discussed. I got two weeks of the runaround, from the GM being out for Covid (whatever, even if true) OR… Oh yeah.. He just stepped in, I’ll talk to him and I’ll call you right back. Never did! 2 weeks of the exact same thing. An endless loop of runaround. I remained extremely polite and patient throughout the process. Finally, I get a text back that they won’t help or compensate me a dime, because I didn’t “give them the chance” to make the repairs in their shop. Sure, I’m going to bring the vehicle back to the same place that sent the vehicle out for sale with filthy oil and lights out, and with the other dangerous issues. I’d rather pay out of pocket elsewhere! And yes, I did project a few choice comments back to them before closing the case. But at the end of the day, the joke is on them.. I love the Mustang and got it all fixed up. I’ve now invested in the vehicle double for what it’s currently worth, but I will enjoy it for years to come, and forget about this horrible dealership I bought it from soon enough. Karma will get them; it always does. Unfortunately, us victims don’t get to know when it happens, but it will. My issue is that I fell in love with the Mustang too quickly without doing enough research on this terrible dealership. That’s my bad, as emotions overtook logic. I wish I would have seen all the negative review here first as red flags. But it’s all good; live and learn. And I hear the from other reviewers that getting your vehicle title released to you may be another battle, too. That’s fine if it happens to me.. I already have the IL State’s Attorney office and Sec. of State bookmarked on my browser, and a reminder marked on my calendar. I know this dealership is no stranger to them. ***As an update to the company's response to my review, I'd just like to correct a few facts for accuracy. First of all, the '07 Mustang had 117K miles on it, not 148K. Secondly, I believe that anyone with normal intelligence can read and decipher the real & true message above. It's not about the whether the dealership was within their rights of their standard warranty, it's about deceit on the product they sold to me, delivered in an unsafe and unethical manner. Of course they believe they did nothing wrong. They just strattled the line of legalities, not ethics. But that's fine. Why would I want to further interact with discussing the matter after the "gavel" was pounded a day before I created this review?

After an extremely stressful week- my sister and I walked into Signature Auto Enterprises with little to no hope left. Ada changed that immediately. We were on a tight budget and she managed to keep us well within our means. She was kind, understanding and very professional. If you need a car see Ada. You won’t leave disappointed!
